Eves Fabrication & Maintenance was founded in 2019 by Mark and Alyson Eves, right here in Bathurst, with a simple goal: provide quality welding and fabrication work, and do right by the people who hire us.
What started as a small, hands-on operation taking on construction services in the region and one-off fabrication jobs around the Central West has grown into a full-service fabrication and maintenance business. Along the way we’ve built our capability step by step - adding structural steel work, aluminium and stainless fabrication, mobile on-site welding, plant and equipment maintenance, and custom vehicle fabrication, always guided by the same standards we started with.
Today, EFM works alongside government agencies, infrastructure providers, mining and manufacturing operations, farmers and local businesses across Central West and Regional NSW. Whether it’s an emergency breakdown repair, a scheduled shutdown, or a custom fabrication project built from scratch, our approach hasn’t changed: turn up, do the job properly, and build relationships that last longer than the job itself.
We’re proud to still be a Bathurst-based, family-owned business, one where the people doing the work take real ownership of the results.
